2. Jazzmyn- is a black and tan smooth female, she is 5 years old and will be six on October 21, 2013. She belongs to my daughter in law Marilynn. I will selling her out from here as it will hurt my daughter in law terribly to see her go, as she's been a member of her family for a very long time, Since birth actually. She owned her mother and her daughter Ruby which is now sold into another home, Marilynn kept the only female from her retirement litter, She, and My Son Chad named her Sweet Pea. Sweet Pea will continue on the goodness of her wonderful lines. Jazzmyn's Grandfather is a Champion Tracker of the breed. Jazzmyn is being reduced to $150.00+ .06% sales tax, and she is being sold for "pet only" and must be SPAYED, and while under have a teeth cleaning, For the price of $150.00+ .06% sales tax we would not be doing her teeth cleaning nor having her spayed. However, if you would like us to have her spayed, and her teeth cleaned prior to the sell we would do so. She must be paid in full before doing so 159.00 + what the cost and tax involved in having it all done. A receipt will be provided to you for the cost of her spaying and teeth cleaning. If you decide to buy her for $150.00+ .06% sales ($159.00), then it would be contracted out that before Jazzmyn leaves our kennel, an appointment will need to to be made by your vet, and when the procedures are done proof of the procedures must be provided to the kennel. The procedure must be done within (10) days of taking Jazzmyn home. If you fail to comply, then you will be charged a failure to comply fee of $200.00. This would basically be the cost of buying this dog at this age for breeding purposes. Marilynn doesn't want Jazzmyn bred anymore, and is of pet quality condition only. NO MORE PUPPIES! Whoever gets this dog must understand that Marilynn would like update pictures sent atleast once a year, Marilynn would also like text or email updates. Jazzmyn is house trained, and does her business outside, but also knows newspaper, and pee pee pads. So if you want to go right into a trained dog instead of raising a puppy, pick Jazzmyn. An older dog has so much love to give. Jazzmyn doesn't even look 5, she runs around like a young puppy. She is always on the move, so she stays in great shape. Her body is solid. She is so cute, and petite, She is my sons (Marilynn's husbands) very favorite of Marilynn's dogs, and really doesn't want her to go, but it's for the best that she gets a loving home. Jazzmyn has the cutest bark that your ever want to hear. They call it "The Dino Bark" like on The Flintstones, it sounds like Dino. She is as sweet as sugar. I don't know how she would do with cats, so I would recommend that. She would do well in a family with children 7 years of age and up. NO babies, simply because she's never even seen a baby or heard one cry. This is one very special dog. I can't believe Marilynn is actually going to do this, but Marilynn must continue on as a breeder doing the right thing, by letting her go she can be loved one on one every day of her life. We pray that Jazzmyn finds that special God sent family who can appreciate her, as much, and to love her as much as they do. Jazzmyn has made so many families very happy with her babies over the years. Looking at Jazzmyn you would never know she had babies. She just snaps right back into place, and once fixed her teats will shrink up to nothing over time as well as her private. Marilynn never overbred Jazzmyn, and wants her pet homed.
This is Moya's Babe, and the mother of the first 4 puppies on the website. She had 2 natural births, and on the 3rd birth she required a C-section, so we decided to fix her on the spot, as she has made so many people so very happy already. She weighs approxiatemately 9 lbs. $400.00 pet only.
Note June 15, 2012; Amended 2/08/13: When purchasing a dog for "Pet Only", the law sees this the same way as when buying a new puppy. The dog must be taken into the vet within (10 days not 10 business days, 10 total days) for a re-check. The Pennsylvania Purchaser's Act is there to protect both the consumer, and the breeder, and or kennel owner. This (10) day rule is strictly stated within the Pennsylvania Puppy/Dog Purchaser's Act. If you do not do so, any refunds or reimbursements you then later seek is said to be null and void, or whatever is agreed upon "guarantee" is null and void. If you are purchasing a dog as "PET ONLY" then that's what the dog is to be, not to be used for breeding. This procedure should be done within 10 days of purchase. If your vet can not get the dog in for the procedure within the 10 days you must seek an alternative vet. If you do not follow these guidelines a $200.00 billing invoice will be mailed to you, as the dog was not altered as agreed upon, within that time period. All vet appointments should be scheduled prior to the dog leaving my kennel. If you agree to have a dog spayed/neutered, and or teeth cleaned "verses" I having the dog altered, and teeth cleaned, then proof must be mailed of any procedures done on the dog. (If I have the procedures done you will pay this at the time of pickup) Any procedures done to the dog by your vet must be mailed to the kennel address on the home page of this website. If the vet says your dogs teeth need cleaned, pulled etc., and you do not do so, this means you are putting the dog's health at risk, as teeth cleaning needing to be done can cause heart disease in time. I have the ultimate right to seize any dog that I feel is being neglected or abused. You must provide the vet's name, place of business, telephone number, and fax prior to leaving with any of my adoptable adults. We are an L.L.C. Low Rider Doxies L.L.C., and are registered w/ the state. We are located at separate location, Alice located in Dunbar, Pa., and Marilynn located in Belle Vernon, Pa. We use our own separate websites to keep from being each others competition.
Marilynn's website is http://www.lecaringsakcdachshunds.com/, and she has a separate protocol than me. I do not give out puppy gift bags, however our contract for health are identical. Some of her dogs live here, and are switched around as well as sometimes I sell litters for her.
